About me
Since 1997 I have been working as a freelance consultant and trainer, offering INSET and a range of other child related courses to teachers, lunchtime staff, teaching assistants, parents and children.
I am committed to teaching and raising the self esteem of support staff, a group whose needs have in the past been neglected.
I am convinced that all members of the school community benefit when support staff feels valued and are offered the opportunity to develop appropriate knowledge and skills.
I work in a wide range of settings including schools, professional development centers, colleges and universities.
